Youth Fitness Programs

We believe fitness should be fun, supportive and inspire kids and their parents, to eat healthy and stay active for the rest of their lives. Our classes offer a wide variety of unique opportunities for kids to explore healthy eating and fitness in fresh new ways. Due to our small class size, each student is given the guidance and attention they deserve in a small group setting.
Creative Movement
Ages  3 - 5 
Skip, Hop, Crawl, Jump, Leap & Hoop- Every week this 50-minute expressive movement class uses hula hoops, games, songs and practical problem-solving to help each child "master the art" of understanding and communicating through creative movement. The primary goal of this class is to:
  • improve fine & gross motor skills,
  • invent, experiment, explore, discover and have fun with movement.
  • improves vocabulary & arithmetic
  • promotes physical literacy and cognitive learning;
  • improve body awareness;
  • increase coordination;
  • improve balance;
  • increase flexibility;.
  • improve audible and visual comprehension;
  • develop a confident "can do attitude
".
The secondary goal of this class is to::
  • to promote healthy eating through kid-friendly nutrition tips
  • develops leadership skills,
  • improves social interaction,
  • develops practical problem-solving skills,
  • allows children to express their feelings with ease
  • cultivate a sense of community through team-work, camaraderie and play.
Little Super Heroes
Ages 6 - 9

   "Our Pint-Size Version Of A Modern Day Super Hero."

Every week our young aspiring super hero's will  lift, bend, stretch and climb to new heights for lots of fun, fitness and adventure. In order to harness their super powers,  they'll work together for 50-minutes to refine their skills  through a wide variety of games and team challenges to leap tall buildings in a single bound. :).
The primary benefits if this class:
  • refine motor skills
  • build skeletal & muscular strength
  • develop neuromuscular control and proprioception;
  • promote physical literacy & cognitive learning;
  • boost mental concentration;
  • reduce health risks associated with obesity

The secondary goal of this class is to
  • develop social skills, friendships, camaraderie and team work;
  •  instill confidence with age & skill appropriate games and challenges;
  • manage stress;
  • promote healthy nutrition



Teen Acroyoga
Ages 10 & up
Spin, Twist, Turn, Twirl & Toss - Smiles and giggles are contagious in this class! Every week this 60-minute acroyoga class takes students thorough a sequence of hula hoop tricks and team acroyoga drills. The primary goal of this class is to:
  • have fun reducing body fat /managing weight with cardiovascular conditioning and strength training;
  • build core strength;
  • improve coordination & balance;
  • applying physics in a fun new way to develop spacial awareness;
  • boost cardiovascular conditioning
  • increase dynamic & static flexibility,
  • builds strong bones and joints;
  • promote a healthy lifestyle through teen friendly nutrition;

Hoop Dance naturally:
  • improves posture;
  • enhances mental concentration;
  • relives stress;
  • builds confidence in abilities;
  • improves self-esteem;
  • cultivates a sense of community; through team-work, camaraderie and accountability;
  • improves communication skills;
  • helps teens explore & develop self expression through fun creative movement.
