Youth Fitness Programs
We believe fitness should be fun, supportive and inspire kids and their parents, to eat healthy and stay active for the rest of their lives. Our classes offer a wide variety of unique opportunities for kids to explore healthy eating and fitness in fresh new ways. Due to our small class size, each student is given the guidance and attention they deserve in a small group setting.
Creative Movement

Little Super Heroes
Ages 6 - 9 "Our Pint-Size Version Of A Modern Day Super Hero."
Every week our young aspiring super hero's will lift, bend, stretch and climb to new heights for lots of fun, fitness and adventure. In order to harness their super powers, they'll work together for 50-minutes to refine their skills through a wide variety of games and team challenges to leap tall buildings in a single bound. :).
