I highly recommend this studio! I have met Michele when she was a group instructor and a personal trainer at another gym. She helped me lose over 20lbs and over 9% body fat in about 4-5 months, although I had significant injuries that limited my performance (knee, shoulder, low back). She was very perceptive and took into consideration my injuries, my goals, and my preferences (and I am very particular in what I like and do not like) and made every workout extremely efficient, challenging, interesting, and enlightening. Michele chose exercises that focused on strength, stretch and endurance at the same time, getting the most of every workout. Results did not take long to appear, and I am absolutely happy with my fitness level. Now, since she opened her own studio and since I reached my weight loss goals, I take group classes at her studio to improve my body further. In a small group setting, she gives each person enough attention to make sure each move is performed correctly to maximize the result and safely to avoid injuries. She offers a great variety of classes for any taste (plus personal training of course). Michele's incredible level of expertise is matched with her sweet personality.
