Nimble Monkey Fitness is a personal training studio & Thai yoga Massage clinic and training center in San Diego, Ca. We're located at 3930 Utah St, Suite C1, in North Park, 92104. We use functional strength training to relieve daily muscle aches and stiff joints. Our unorthodox methods of training build lean muscle while increasing flexibility and strength simultaneously so you look good, move well and feel great.
We lead by example and practice what we preach. We build stronger bodies Monday - Saturday and rest (actively) on Sunday. We specialize in shoulder and ab strength to improve your over head press and prevent daily shoulder stiffness and neck pain. We focus on core strength and wrist flexibility so you can do push-ups with ease and prevent carpel tunnel, golfers elbow and tennis elbow. We are skilled at fixing core instability and tight hips so you can "sit in the squat" and build a strong base to prevent lower back pain and tight hamstrings.
With over 40 years of combined experience as strength and conditioning coaches, Thai yoga massage therapists, medical exercise specialist and trigger point release experts; we know that you need core strength with equal flexibility because without it, your daily aches and pains multiply as your body slowly breaks down.
