Hi, I'm Michele
Welcome to Nimble Monkey Fitness. My lifelong obsession with fitness began more than 30 years ago as a college freshman. I was pre-med at the time, but when I stepped into my first PE fitness class, I knew this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
Over the years I followed my fitness curiosity, leading to certifications in Pilates, yoga, group fitness, Kettlebell Sport, personal training as well as Thai massage. I founded Boundless Women's Gym over 12 years ago. I've traveled the world teaching and training women of all ages and skill levels. I have dedicated my life to learning all I can about biomechanics, calisthenics, kinesiology and core strength as it pertains to women's strength and sharing what I know with my students.
As a woman over fifty, I understand the unique challenges you face getting fit and build muscle, as you age. My expertise is Pilates for pain relief, strength training for lean muscle over 50 and acroyoga for core strength, flexibility and balance. I specialize in making fitness fun and non-intimidating to women.

Michele is a Certified yoga, Pilates and Medical Exercise Specialist with over 30 years of experience. She works with women who want to build core strength to reduce chronic pain, improve conditioning and build strength. Michele is an Emory University graduate, a certified personal trainer, a certified Kettlebell Sport coach, a licensed Thai Massage Therapist and mentor/teacher to her staff. Michele's vision is to empower all women to lead healthy, independant and confident lives.
