Hi, I'm Michele

Head Trainer

Welcome to Nimble Monkey Fitness.

My lifelong obsession with fitness began more than 25 years ago as a college freshman at Emory University. I was pre-med at the time, but when I stepped into that freshman PE class, I knew this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. 

Over the years I followed my fitness curiosity, leading to certifications in Pilates, yoga, group fitness, Kettlebell Sport, personal training as well as Thai massage. I've traveled the world teaching and training a mature clientele, exclusively. I have dedicated my life to learning all I can across physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology and pain relief as it pertains to aging gracefully and sharing what I know with my clients.

My expertise is functional fitness, Kettlebell Sport and post rehab strength training. My staff and I specialize in making fitness fun, practical and non-intimidating to mature adults. 

Official Bio

Michele is a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist with over 25 years of experience working with client over the age of 50. Men and women who want to slowdown the progress of osteoarthritis; build core strength to improve posture and balance, and lose weight to better manage and/or eradicate chronic conditions. Michele is an Emory University graduate, a certified personal trainer, a certified Pilates and yoga instructor, a certified Kettlebell Sport coach, a certified Thai Massage Therapist and mentor/teacher to her staff. Michele's vision is to empower all clients to lead healthy, meaningful and independent lives.
